Scarecrow Row

Norwalk Hometown Pride is proud to present Scarecrow Row a Fall Scarecrow Contest! 1 square straw bale and a post is provided in your registration fee. After you register, pick up your straw bales, build your creation, and drop it off at the library, after that volunteers will set up the scarecrow for display on October 12th, 2024. Judging will take place on October 13th, 2024 by some of Norwalk's finest judges. The winner will be announced and 1st, 2nd, and 3rd will get a sign next to their display! The winner of the people's choice vote will receive a prize of $200 or more.
