Artistic Bike Racks

In the fall of 2019 Norwalk Hometown Pride unveiled new bicycle racks in town. They are installed at both City Hall and Elizabeth Holland Park. You can see the leaf-shaped bike racks around the park trail, and the tree-shaped one out in front of City Hall. The racks were fully funded by two grants from the Warren County Philanthropic Partnership and the Prairie Meadows Community Betterment Grant. They were designed by Fitzgerald Industries in Manson, Iowa.
